01. What categories do you provision?

Full spectrum — galley and beverages (fresh, dry, frozen, wine, spirits), guest and interior supplies, crew provisions and uniforms, deck and engineering consumables, medical and safety, and specialty sourcing for anything else your vessel needs.

03. What's the lead time for an order?

Depends on the categories and destination. Fort Lauderdale direct delivery is same-day to 48 hours for standard items. Bahamas coordination typically 48 to 72 hours. Mediterranean and international destinations vary by port and item availability — we quote timelines with every order.

05. How does pricing work?

Every order is custom-quoted based on the list, destination, and freight requirements. No public pricing — we quote each order transparently with itemized costs. For recurring vessels and management fleets, we build standing account terms.

02. Can you handle preference sheets and standing orders?

Yes. Send us the preference sheet — captain, chef, chief stew, guests — and we work from it. Standing orders for recurring vessels are maintained in our system so nothing needs to be re-explained order after order.

04. Do you deliver outside South Florida?

Yes. Direct delivery across South Florida. Coordinated provisioning across the Bahamas, Caribbean, Mediterranean, New England, Middle East, and worldwide charter destinations through our partner network. Customs handling and freight coordination included.

06. Do you handle alcohol and beverage programs?

Yes. Wine, spirits, and beer sourced through licensed partners for compliant delivery to yachts in port. Full beverage programs, cellar building, and specialty wine sourcing available. Delivery follows applicable local regulations for each port.
